We offer two cleans. Standard Clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and all reachable surfaces — the same trained checklist for homes, offices, studios and Airbnb. Deep Clean is the full reset: everything in a standard clean plus inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, interior windows and baseboards. There are no add-ons to pick — each service already includes everything it should.
Yes — weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. You keep the same cleaners on a rhythm that suits you, and each visit is priced individually, so there's no contract to sign and nothing to cancel.
Each service has one flat rate per cleaner per hour, and the size of your space sets both how long the visit runs and how many cleaners come. A studio or one-bedroom is one cleaner's work; most homes get two; a 4+ bedroom always gets three, so it stays a normal visit rather than a long day for two. Every visit is booked for at least 3 hours. You'll see the exact per-visit estimate in the booking flow before you confirm, and you only pay after the visit.
Yes, online, any time. Open Manage booking with your booking code and email to move or cancel a visit — it's free with 24 hours' notice or more.
Yes — Airbnb turnovers are one of our specialties. Book a one-off turnover in two minutes, or hand us the whole calendar: on a recurring plan the same cleaners reset your unit between every stay — beds, bathrooms, kitchen, floors and a guest-ready finish — at the same flat $35 per cleaner per hour. Hosts and property managers welcome.
